Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept returns only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped to you. You can email us with pictures and information at hello@biskut.in within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/wrong product. We will review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pick up at a time mutually agreed upon with you. After receiving the item, we will go through the necessary quality checks. Refund will be initiated only after the returned item is inspected. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to be processed back to your payment method.
